my son has been held in custody in prison he handed himself in for execution of bench warrant we have been told that hes been commited and awaiting sentence but the prison says they dont know what hes been committed for it does not state on his file can anyone tell me how you can be commited and awaiting sentence my sons depression has also come back its his first time in prison i told the prison my concerns and they told me i had to ring 0845 number which is open monday to friday office hours my head is banging as iam scared that my son will do something stupid
