 Confiscation orders (Posted on: 2014-05-30 19:27:30)
My son has an order against him for over 20k. There is no way he\'ll ever be able to pay and I\'m so worried. He served a 3yr sentence from 2009 and since he was released he hasn\'t been able to get any work. Not for the want of trying I\'ve lost count of the interviews he\'s had. He\'s due in court again in June as we\'ve been getting the case adjourned but it just feels like we\'re putting off the inevitable. Travelling to court would cost him over a £100!!!!!
