Find a solicitor, doctor, teacher, etc who knows you for at least 10 years and can confirm your identity by a letter statement of sorts. Contact the police. See a solicitor and obtain an affidavit confirming your story, identity, signature, photographic evidence attached etc, armed with the above evidence as to who you are then contact passport office in Liverpool alerting them to this unlawful act etc.

A certain person has managed to get a passport in a different name to theirs and are using that passport to open bank accounts. I need to prove the real identity of the person in court - can one get certification of one\'s identity through the electoral roll and can one have that certified? any ideas welcome. thanks
