You can use this site, if you know which court they are in, simply do a search for the listings at that court.
If you do not know which court the case is at, chances are neither the defendant nor the prosecution require you\'re presence at court.
If it is for personal reasons you wish to go, I would advise you call the court that the defendant is due to appear at (Start with Magistrates if unsure, as all cases pass through the Magistrates Courts) if the case has been committed to Crown Court, they will give you a date if a date has been fixed, or a warned date, which is basically telling you that the defendant is likely to be in Court in that week, the letters always start - the week commencing 5th April (for example)

Hi, Can anyone tell me how i go about finding details about someones appearance at court for sentencing.....time/date etc....
