No I haven\'t found anything out, as I am in a position where the defendant had pleaded guilty and when it came to sentenced him he has put an application to the court to change his plea to not guilty! after the court accepting a guilty plea.

I was wondering this myself as I was a victim of a crime and I belive someone lied to get the defendant out of trouble. Did you find out ?
