Drayton v Loveridge Case No. 664 ?

For Admin

I have been trying to find transcripts of a case held in the High Court of Justice ,Chancery Division, Mr Justice Byrne or (Bjrne) Dated 7th May 1900. between Anne Drayton & Thomas Drayton (plaintifs)  & Joshua Loveridge (Defendant)

I have tried searching archives bur search results show :- No results found

I would be very intersted in the outcome of this case which continued untill I believe the 15th July 1902

Many thanks, pickardg

Drink drive limit
Hi,

I hope someone can help.

I am trying to find out the current drink drive limit?

Also I have been tolds that you can be charged with drink driving even if you are under the limit. Is this true?

Driving Ban
A relative of mine got caught driving down a duel carriage whilst reading a news paper and a mobile phone at the same time. When the unmarked police car signalled to put her phone down she raised her middle finger to them and sped away. When they pulled her over she apologised but they informed her that it was so serious that it was going to have to go to court. Her court date was a couple of weeks ago but she apparently phoned the court and said she was too poorly to attend court so they re-arranged. She was apparently there last week but again apparently the judge dismissed the case immediately and said that this should of been dealt with out of court and referred her case to some other service. My only problem is that she currently drive with my children in the car and also my niece and nephew and I don't believe what the courts apparently said. I cant seem to find the case that took place last week at Teesside crown court. Can anybody please advise on how I can check this or if what she has said about the judge could be true?
