Discovering what someone's been charged with.  
Employee, currently on bail, wants me to write a character reference for the court but doesn't want to divulge charge against her. She's a good employee and I would like to help but would prefer to know what she's been charged with in case it later reflects badly on me. How can I find out.

Do I have a case against Social Services & CAFCASS?  

Both  Agencies WSCC social services & cafcass have both wrongly Reported Information Against Me being in possession of drugs & charged in 2008. Threw Persistance to the point of Annoyance I have Managed to get Letter's of  Admittance from both parties stating they had wrongly reported information against me. I am in a position to do anything about this happening?                    I recently also requested all the information they hold on file for Me, as required for family court case & they've said I Must Pay For this information, I Think that is quite a Disgrace they didnt offer to waver fee as a gesture for their Error of Reporting.

Does anyone know  

Does anyone know what "sentence" and court closed means as there is no information about the accused. Is the trial finished?

Does this site show all crown court hearings even when plea is not guilty  
Can anyone tell me if this site shows all Crown Court hearings, even ones where the plea is not guilty.

My brother was in preston court yesterday for sentecing  and i havent heard a thing from him his phone is off and this site it ment to help us out! how can i find out if he got sent down or not???????
