Compensation paid to DP from a defendant, can i find out results of case?  
Dp was attacked at work (nothing unusual) but a letter turned up saying this particular defendant has to pay compensation to him. Is there anyway I can find out the outcome of the court case? Have googled and searched the persons name on here, not even 100% sure of which court it would have been. TIA

what can I do to appeal, sons case was to high for his role and not enough sentence for the othe member

CONFIRMING IDENTITY OF A PERSON  
A certain person has managed to get a passport in a different name to theirs and are using that passport to open bank accounts. I need to prove the real identity of the person in court - can one get certification of one's identity through the electoral roll and can one have that certified? any ideas welcome. thanks

Confiscation orders  
My son has an order against him for over 20k. There is no way he'll ever be able to pay and I'm so worried. He served a 3yr sentence from 2009 and since he was released he hasn't been able to get any work. Not for the want of trying I've lost count of the interviews he's had. He's due in court again in June as we've been getting the case adjourned but it just feels like we're putting off the inevitable. Travelling to court would cost him over a £100!!!!!
