children cross examination  
Is there any way I can have my children, which made the allegations leading to this care proceedings, compelled to be even if need be by video link in the family county court? There is so much debate out there about human rights act of fair hearing etc.i believe my children are manipulated and I wish them to come to court and tell the truth or ask them by video link to tell the truth.

Commit to Crown Court First Hearing  
Hi, new to all this!  I'm after some information, if a person has been to magistrates court and the magistrate has commited it to crown court and the first hearing at crown court will be on (date....) what happens on this first hearing?  And then what happens after the first hearing?  Sorry for the questions!

commited not sentenced  
my son has been held in custody in prison he handed himself in for execution of bench warrant we have been told that hes been commited and awaiting sentence but the prison says they dont know what hes been committed for it does not state on his file can anyone tell me how you can be commited and awaiting sentence my sons depression has also come back its his first time in prison i told the prison my concerns and they told me i had to ring 0845 number which is open monday to friday office hours my head is banging as iam scared that my son will do something stupid

Committal for sentence result  
Hi I am trying to find the results from a committal for sentence hearing yesterday it just says on court page prosecution opening and nothing else after that can someone tell me how I can find out the outcome of this case
