is it possible to see any convictions from 1984? The web site doesn't automatically go back that far, but could i apply for information? Thanks

Changing of a plea from guilty back to no guilty  
I am a victim who's case was listed for Feb 2012, on my way to court to give my evidence the defendant changed his plea from not guilty to guilty,  there was another case against this man this year and he was found not guilty by jury at that one, but was told that he would be going to prison for what he did to me,  the case has been ajourned for sentencing 5 times since May and last week when he was about to be sentenced he put an application in to change his plea from guilty back to not guilty!!


Does this happen often?  What are the chances of the court not accepting his change of Plea??

Any advise would be grateful
